17. the communication between the sellers and the buyers has to be in a correct way without violated words or sentences.

19. after a sale, the buyer has 10 days for paying the sold item. If it doesn't happen that way, TPP reserves itself the right to publish the name of the unreliable bidder on the "black list" created for letting people know who is not filling their compromises.

20. TPP-Auctions is running under the legal constitution of the company TPP Elite Breeding Centre, Lda. Therefore, the company reserves itself the right to act legally when something wrong happens with a sale, a buyer or any other situation.
